Berlin, 01.09.2022. Sector7 is expanding its senior management team: from 1st October 2022, the Berlin-based company will be headed by two managing directors, Sebastian Blecke and Fritz Stoessel. Sebastian Blecke will bring his many years of experience to the further development of Sector7’s high-growth real estate portfolio.

“After 11 exciting and successful years at GSG Berlin, the time has come for me to take on new challenges”, says Sebastian Blecke explaining his motivation for the change. “Sector7 has a young and dynamic corporate culture and offers the latitude to make unorthodox decisions. The investment profile is also refreshingly diverse in terms of asset classes. What appeals to me is the content and occupier-driven project development approach of creating successful properties with innovative and sustainable concepts. Sebastian Blecke was born in Berlin in 1975 and has a degree in construction and industrial engineering from Berlin University of Applied Sciences and Technology. After completing his studies, he worked as an asset manager for Teesland Germany (now the Cromwell Property Group) and GPT Halverton Germany, where he was promoted to the management board, before moving to the stock exchange-listed property company Sirius Facilities as Head of Asset Management in 2008. In 2011, he took over the operational management of GSG Berlin as Managing Director. He remains as COO with GSG until the end of September 2022.
