Berlin, 20 Juli 2023. The Berlin-based real estate investment company Sector7 has grown its executive management team. The company’s founding partners, Rainer Bormann, Dr Martin Hintze, and Lutz Grimm are delighted to announce the promotion of Fritz Stoessel to the position of partner. Fritz Stoessel previously served as the company’s managing director.
“Fritz Stoessel has proven to be extremely dedicated, competent and effective during his time at Sector7,” says Dr Martin Hintze. “He has significantly increased the company’s value through his exemplary leadership skills, depth of expertise and outstanding contributions. He has our full support as a partner and can now play an even more important role in shaping and implementing our strategic goals. We are delighted to have him on our leadership team.”
In his new role, Fritz Stoessel will leverage the valuable experience and expertise he acquired at Goldman Sachs in London. At Sector7, he holds responsibility for acquisition and investment strategy, as well as managing financing, partnerships, and joint ventures.
Talking about his promotion, Fritz Stoessel said, “I would like to thank the founding partners for their confidence in me, and I look forward to dedicating myself to strategically important projects at Sector7, especially in this exciting and challenging market environment. I intend to focus all my efforts on actively adding value to the portfolio, particularly in our large neighbourhood developments and development projects such as NXT Berlin and LOKQ Kassel. In addition to this, I look forward to working alongside Anna Schingen to successfully build our strategic platform Silver Living and seek out new projects to realise this goal.”
Fritz Stoessel joined Sector7 Investors as managing director in 2021. In this capacity, he took charge of diverse responsibilities, including acquisitions, financings, and value-added asset management. Before joining Sector7, he spent six years at Goldman Sachs in London working in their Real Estate Principal Investment Area business.
