In addition to the data mentioned above, cookies are stored on your computer when you use our website. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your hard drive in relation to the browser you are using and which provide the site that sets the cookie (in this case, us) with certain information. Cookies cannot execute programs or transmit viruses to your computer. They are used to make the website as a whole more user-friendly and effective.
This website uses the following types of cookies, the scope and functionality of which are explained below:
o Transient cookies (see a)
o Persistent cookies (see b)
a. Transient cookies are automatically deleted when you close the browser. These include, in particular, session cookies. These store a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the joint session. This means that your computer can be recognised when you log out or close the browser. A session cookie is a small text file that is sent by the respective servers when you visit a website and is temporarily stored on your hard drive. This file as such contains a so-called session ID, with which various requests from your browser can be assigned to the joint session. This enables your computer to be recognised when you return to our website. These cookies are deleted after you close your browser.
b. Persistent cookies are also small text files that are stored on your end device. They remain on the end device and enable us to recognise your browser on your next visit. These cookies are automatically deleted after a specified period of time, which may differ depending on the cookie. You can delete the cookies in the security settings of your browser at any time.

5.3 Duration of storage, possibility of objection and elimination
Cookies are stored on the user's end device and transmitted from it to our site. The user has full control over the use of cookies. By changing the settings in the internet browser, the transmission of cookies can be deactivated or restricted. Cookies that have already been stored can be deleted at any time. This can also be done automatically. If cookies are deactivated for our website, it may no longer be possible to use all functions of the website to their full extent.
