LOKQ Kassel

LOKQ is being developed on the site of a historic factory belonging to the former rolling stock manufacturer Henschel, located in the city centre of Kassel (Rothenditmold). This will be a contemporary urban district with industrial charm, where the unique architecture and the diverse and newly created use types will continue the property’s eventful history and open up new perspectives for the region.
