HOCH DEM SEE Rechlin, Müritz

One of the last large-scale waterside development sites on lake Müritz. The slightly raised topography offers superb views across the lake and nearby marina. The local development plan allows for large-scale diverse uses for private and holiday apartments or operated concepts. The project is currently in concept development phase. Lake Müritz is at the heart of the Mecklenburg lake district, surrounded by national parks and highly accessible from both Berlin and Hamburg. The many marinas, the harbour town of Waren and the Fleesensee golf course make Germany’s largest lake a truly top class address.
