Berlin, January 27 2026. Together with M.M. Warburg & CO, we have successfully completed the refinancing of our property “Hopla”, located at Holländischer Platz in Kassel.  

The transaction includes additional investments that will further strenghten the site and support its sustainable development. 

The office and commercial building in the center of Kassel offers outstanding development potential. With its innovative use concept, it creates a curated ecosystem that connects research, education, development, and management – providing ideal conditions for the region´s dynamic life science and technology community.

Planned measures such as the installation of a photovoltaic system underline our commitment to combining economic and ecological responsibility. We would like to thank the team at M.M.
