Holger Grintz appointed as Head of Finance at Sector7
Berlin, 14. December 2023. Sector7 has strengthened its management team with the appointment of Holger Grintz as Head of Finance. Holger joins the Berlin-based company, bringing a wealth of finance sector experience and expertise, effective December 1, 2023.

He is an experienced professional with more than 30 years of experience in finance and controlling, including over 15 years in the real estate industry. In his capacity as Head of Finance, Holger has overall responsibility for the day-to-day activities of the Sector7 finance department and will maintain existing structures, while also developing new processes in order to optimise our existing strategies and projects and add value to our planned new operations”, explains Dr Martin Hintze, Managing Director and Partner at Sector7.

Holger has extensive senior finance experience, having held a variety of management positions with respected companies. These roles have included Controller at the Adler Group, Head of Controlling at FFIRE Immobilienverwaltung AG, Regional Controller and Investment Analyst at NorthWest Healthcare Properties REIT and, most recently, Head of Finance at PREIG AG.
During his long career, Holger has acquired expert knowledge in the fields of reporting, consolidated financial reporting, and digitalisation. At Sector7, he will deploy his full set of skills to develop innovative financial strategies that sustainably support the company in achieving its ambitious growth targets.
