Berlin, September 09, 2026. WERK WEST in Magdeburg is welcoming a new tenant: Dance CompleX | Tanzschule Magdeburg. A fully refurbished space of around 442 square metres has been created, featuring two modern dance studios. The premises were handed over to the new tenant on 1 March 2026.

With Dance CompleX joining the site, WERK WEST is gaining another creative use and further strengthening its identity as a diverse location for businesses, creative professionals and new ideas. The dance school brings movement, culture and community to the site, complementing the existing mix of creativity, lifestyle and arts & crafts.

WERK WEST stands for the sustainable transformation of an established commercial location. Through targeted investment and new concepts for the use of its spaces, the three-building site at Liebknechtstraße 87–97 is being continuously developed. With around 7,500 square metres of lettable space, the site offers room for a diverse range of commercial uses.

The arrival of Dance CompleX once again demonstrates the potential that lies in combining existing buildings with contemporary concepts and uses. A refurbished commercial space has been transformed into a modern place for dance, movement and community – adding another element to the vibrant development of WERK WEST.
