NEUE UFER Baalensee/ Fürstenberg

Lakefront property on Baalensee in Fürstenberg. Multi-storey building with boat moorings. This notable property boasts a waterfront location, wooded grounds sloping gently down to the lake, and a private boat mooring. On the shore side, a public thoroughfare leads along the lake front past a procession of charming, rustic boathouses. It is the design vocabulary of these typical regional boathouses that inspired the architects and is now reinterpreted in their vision for NEUE UFER.
